A beautiful bungalow, quiet location with beautiful views. Many walks from the doorstep and only a few minutes walk from Keswick, newly refurbished in early 2025 with new kitchen and bathrooms.. 13 steps to entrance.

Situated in a peaceful cul-de-sac, 10 minutes’ level walk to both the town centre and Derwentwater, with stunning views including a glimpse of the lake. Most of the accommodation is on one level, with the twin bedroom on the lower ground floor accessed by steps from the living room. The delightful terraced garden is a tranquil haven to relax, dine al fresco and enjoy the views.
There are many walks directly from the doorstep, including to Walla Crag, Castlehead and Friars Crag. Keswick is a beautiful town with many shops, pubs and restaurants. Additionally, Keswick offers a Cinema (The Alhambra), a Theatre (Theatre by the Lake) and many outdoor activities on and around Derwent Water. Shop, pub and restaurant ½ mile.

Excellent house, lovely picture windows the views were amazing, everything you could want fir a week away. Would have preferred bath sheets instead of bath towels but this is a miner issue.

Beautiful comfortable house with lovely views, ample parking & fast WiFi. The most comfortable & homely (& modern) house we’ve stayed in, in Keswick. Location on edge of town - perfectly good for us but did add on a mile or so to most of our walks! But still only 10-15 mins walk to all of Keswick’s amenities. Can’t fault anything, would be lovely to use the garden in the summer! Think it’s quite pricey especially when looking at prices for summer months. Was at the top of the amount we’d be prepared to pay for Feb half term but can understand why.
