Excellent in all areas is a rare thing but with this property it really is - I wouldn't count on the car space as an actual parking space because access is needed and its very tight for parking in there but it then makes an excellent shelter for chairs and climbing gear if you need to dry it and loads of on road parking in the close by streets - such a lovely location, house and area.
