Ullswater Heights is part of our Evermore Lodge Holidays Collection, boasting hand-picked lodges and a secluded glamping village featuring deluxe safari tents, all complete with their very own decking and steamy hot tubs set in the landscaped grounds of a former quarry and providing the perfect backdrop for your Cumbrian holiday. As the perfect complement to your holiday experience the Lake House bar and restaurant and Lake House Street Kitchen is available to take advantage of the best of Yorkshire’s famous hospitality complete with an undercover, heated outdoor dining area.

If you chose to leave the serenity of your lodge, onsite there is a petting farm, always a treat for big and little children alike! Farmer Jack’s farm shop retail space, with a variety of homemade and locally sourced items, along with essentials and conveniences. Alfresco Adventures offer the guests the opportunity to pre-book several outdoor pursuits both on and off location.

Only 6.5 miles from stunning Ullswater and with the chance to see some of the UK’s rarest wildlife including red squirrels, red deer, peregrine falcons and ospreys. Ullswater Heights sits between two of England’s most famous holiday destinations, offering views across both the Yorkshire Dales and the Lake District this is a truly enviable location for the perfect family holiday.

Please be aware as this is a brand new park there is still some minor landscaping work taking place around the facilities and accommodation but this shouldn't affect your stay.

Security Deposit

Please be aware your credit/debit card will be swiped on arrival to be used as a security deposit. This will act as a breakages & noise deposit to protect the enjoyment of all guests.

The park have a strict policy in place which states no hot tubs can be used or music after 10:30pm. All guests will receive one warning if there is a complaint if anymore guests will be asked to leave without a refund.

Group Bookings

Unfortunately hen and stag parties are not permitted at this park. For single sex group bookings these need to be agreed with park before booking, please call to book as group bookings can be turned away without pre-approval.
