Catbells is 2-bedroom holiday lodge in the centre of Limefitt Park, a short stroll from the onsite Haybarn pub. With a spacious bright interior and a host of entertainment extras, its great for all the family on a night in after your busy day in the Lakes. With wonderful views and walks from your doorstep, it’s a great choice for a break at any time of the year. Relax on the leather sofas and choose from watching TV, a film, or channels from the freesat box and entertainment system in each room. The kodge also has it's own dedicated wifi. There’s lots of room for dining together, and the well kitted out kitchen will make light work of preparing your meal.
With an L shaped bath to relax in, a separate utility area and lockable bike store, there’s lots of useful space to enjoy your break. Relish the peacefulness of Limefitt Park’s secluded location, set within the serene Troutbeck Valley with the Troutbeck mountain beck passing through the park. The park itself offers a host of facilities on-site to make your stay a breeze, with a convenience shop, a laundrette and a restaurant/bar serving delicious food, you’ll have all you need for your self-catered stay right on your doorstep. One of the best ways to soak up the beauty of the Lakes is from a Windermere Lake Cruise, taking you along the waters of England’s largest lake to all the popular towns and villages. Discover a historic Roman fort at Ambleside, with a simple walk from the centre of the town up to the magnificent Stock Ghyll Force, or head down to Lakeside to visit the Lakes Aquarium and marvel at the fascinating marine life.

The twin towns of Bowness and Windermere are both vibrant, fun-filled places set within the splendid scenery of the Lake District. Both towns provide a range of amenities, shops and restaurants to suit all tastes whilst Ambleside offers the additional attraction of a boat ride to Bowness, the Lakeside Aquarium and Beatrix Potter's 'Hill Top House' at Sawrey. Grizedale Forest Park is within easy driving distance and is home to a range of activities including many good walks, mountain biking and the 'Go Ape' adventure park. The region also boasts many National Trust properties as well as a variety of water sports for those who prefer a more adrenaline-fuelled trip. Children will enjoy a trip to the 'World of Beatrix Potter' in Bowness whilst the villages of Grasmere, Coniston Water, Kendal, Keswick and the Lakeland Mountains are all within easy reach.

Open plan living, dining and kitchen area with breakfast bar and four stools, separate utility room, lockable bike store outside, folding doors open out to the deck and outside seating area with furniture.
A barbecue slab is provided, please bring your own disposable BBQ and dispose of responsibly.
