Keswick is a two bedroomed lodge situated in the Kirkstone area of Limefitt Park. The lodge benefits from an elevated position offering views of the surrounding fells, the lodge will suit both families or couples featuring one double master bedroom with walk through wardrobe leading to an en suite shower room with circular shower cubicle, toilet and basin, the second bedroom is fitted with twin beds, fitted wardrobe and bedside drawers, the family bathroom has a full size corner bath (no shower) vanity unit, toilet and basin. The open plan lounge and dining area features a two seater leather sofas and dining table with 6 chairs, the kitchen area is fitted with dark wood and Island breakfast bar with two stools.
Limefitt Park is in a stunningly secluded location in the peaceful village of Troutbeck Valley, but only four miles away from the vibrant village of Windermere. There is a pub on site, a small shop and children’s playground. From here you can walk through the fields to the fabulous pub The Queens Head, and round the corner to the Mortal Man, both traditional old pubs with log fires and a warm welcome. Carry up over the spectacular Kirkstone Pass, then drop down and you’ll see Brotherswater – around seven miles from the Park. A wonderful place to relax and make memories with your family and friends.
The twin towns of Bowness and Windermere are both vibrant, fun-filled places set within the splendid scenery of the Lake District. Both towns provide a range of amenities, shops and restaurants to suit all tastes whilst Ambleside offers the additional attraction of a boat ride to Bowness, the Lakeside Aquarium and Beatrix Potter's 'Hill Top House' at Sawrey. Grizedale Forest Park is within easy driving distance and is home to a range of activities including many good walks, mountain biking and the 'Go Ape' adventure park. The region also boasts many National Trust properties as well as a variety of water sports for those who prefer a more adrenaline-fuelled trip. Children will enjoy a trip to the 'World of Beatrix Potter' in Bowness whilst the villages of Grasmere, Coniston Water, Kendal, Keswick and the Lakeland Mountains are all within easy reach.

A barbecue slab is provided, please bring your own disposable BBQ and dispose of responsibly.
The outside decking is fully fenced and gated.
