Limefitt View Lodge is a beautifully presented lodge located at the top of the Ullswater area of Limefitt Park. This lodge offers a large, elevated decking area so you can relax and enjoy the sweeping views of the surrounding fells. Limefitt View Lodge sleeps six guests plus an infant in a travel cot so is perfect for families or couples. The open plan living area means everyone can socialise whilst cooking or relaxing. This very popular lodge offers a wonderful holiday experience in this truly spectacular setting. Your lodge is nestled in a peaceful area of this stunning location at Limefitt Park - a lovely spot just four miles from Windermere village, five miles from the lake shore at Bowness, and ten miles from Ullswater.
Nestling in the Troutbeck valley, Limefitt Park is a great base for your touring or walking holiday. The park offers a pub, handy shop and a children’s playground. You can also walk to two local traditional pubs through the fields. There are also amazing walks along the fells from this breath-taking location - a lovely spot to make memories on your Lake District holiday.
The twin towns of Bowness and Windermere are both vibrant, fun-filled places set within the splendid scenery of the Lake District. Both towns provide a range of amenities, shops and restaurants to suit all tastes whilst Ambleside offers the additional attraction of a boat ride to Bowness, the Lakeside Aquarium and Beatrix Potter's 'Hill Top House' at Sawrey. Grizedale Forest Park is within easy driving distance and is home to a range of activities including many good walks, mountain biking and the 'Go Ape' adventure park. The region also boasts many National Trust properties as well as a variety of water sports for those who prefer a more adrenaline-fuelled trip. Children will enjoy a trip to the 'World of Beatrix Potter' in Bowness whilst the villages of Grasmere, Coniston Water, Kendal, Keswick and the Lakeland Mountains are all within easy reach.

A barbecue slab is provided but please bring your own disposable barbecue and dispose of it appropriately.
