The spacious property has an open-plan layout, providing ample room for both socialising and relaxation. Outside, there’s a delightful enclosed patio for al fresco dining.
The bright property is flooded with natural light, thanks to large picture windows looking out over the Esthwaite Valley. The accommodation is decorated in a contemporary style, with chic furniture and cool tones creating a calm atmosphere. Enjoy quality time together in the large lounge/kitchen/diner, where comfortable seating is arranged around a wood burner and there’s a large dining table to seat all eight guests. Three of the bedrooms are located on this floor – a king-size, double, and bunk bedroom – and a further double can be found on the lower ground floor. The enclosed patio is perfect for four-legged guests and is a lovely spot to unwind with a glass of wine at the end of an action-packed day.
Grizedale Forest (3 miles) makes a great family day out. Follow the woodland trails amongst the trees, looking out for the fascinating outdoor artwork and sculptures, or test your head for heights on the zip wires and high ropes at Go Ape. The Esthwaite Valley was loved by Beatrix Potter, and many of her books and characters are based on her experiences in the area. At National Trust – Hill Top (2.5 miles) you can potter around her former farmhouse, which has been preserved as it would have been when she lived there.

- Please ensure noise is kept to a minimum inside and outside the house due to close proximity to the neighbours
- Music should not be played outside at any time nor loudly inside after 9pm
- Please note the property accept Hen or Stag dos
- No fireworks allowed at the property
