Cold, dirty floors on arrival. Heating not on so temperature inside was 10 degrees C and it took 36 hours for the heating to reach 20 degrees. All the floors and carpets were dirty, the dining chairs stacked on the table. The ensuites were clean but there were no toilet rolls or no hand soap.Kitchen appliances as stated but no homely touches such as cafetiere, teapot or water jug. Had to hunt in drawers for cleaning cloths and washing up liquid for the kitchen. 3 days later the floors were cleaned and toilet rolls provided. Altogether a very poor welcome to what could have been a nice cottage to stay in.
