Everything we needed, I can honestly say we have never stayed in a house so we'll equipped. So close to the centre of Ambleside. Beds really comfy, nice and clean. Also nice and warm after returning from a rainy day. Will recommend to friends and family.

The house was immaculately clean and a great base for our trips out on buses and boats. Great to have the gas stove and large TV to return to. The location is fantastic and so quiet. Feels more like home each time we visit and hope to spend many more happy weeks there in 2025
