This was our third stay at Riversdale.Three generations and a dog this time. Lovely house in an ideal position in the village, we didn’t move the car until we left. Plenty of walks from the door. Despite the very wet weather we all had a great time, plenty of room for us all and very well equipped. We all wished that we could have stayed longer but it wasn’t available. We booked another cottage so we could stay in the lakes a while longer. Riversdale was definitely superior!

As this is our 2nd stay, we found that the house had deteriorated since last year; it is now "tired." The main issue, which wasn't an issue last year, was the WI FI. It relies on boosters from properties on either side of the house and it depends on where you are which booster is used. It took a while to work this out as our appliances didn't automatically connect.
