Eller Cottage is a beautiful, traditional three-storey town-house, conveniently situated on a quiet road and just a short walk from the centre of Windermere. With stylish furnishings and finishes throughout, Eller Cottage provides everything you need for a getaway to the stunning Lake District.
This charming three-storey town-house has been beautifully renovated to provide a spacious and stylish family home with everything you need to enjoy the Lakes at any time of the year.
The ground floor provides a spacious, light filled open-plan living and dining space, with a separate kitchen where friends and family can gather together and enjoy home cooked meals, or cosy up in the sitting room after a day exploring the stunning Lake District. The kitchen is well-equipped for even the keenest of chefs and the dining area has enough room for everyone to sit together and build holiday memories.
Upstairs on the first floor are bedrooms two and three, both beautifully presented double bedrooms with a choice of super-king size or twin single beds. Bedroom two benefits from its own en-suite shower room; whilst bedroom three has access to the family bathroom, boasting a large walk-in shower and separate bath. Climb to the second floor, where bedroom one enjoys views across the rooftops of Windermere from its own seating area, and has another super-king size zip and link bed, along with an en-suite shower room.
There is plenty of free on-street parking outside Eller Cottage, along with one off-street parking space at the rear of the cottage.
Ideally located within walking distance of Windermere’s bustling centre, and with Bowness just a short drive away, guests have plenty of activities from the doorstep for all the family to enjoy, as well as bars and restaurants aplenty!

Two well-behaved dogs welcome (small additional charge). Please ensure your dogs are kept to the ground floor and off any furniture, thank you.
Children and infants welcome. Travel cot and high chair available on request (please provide your own cot linen).
A travel cot can be accommodated in bedrooms one and two.
Flat screen televisions in all bedrooms.
The bedding is non-feather.

Excellent location, amazing accommodation. We have never stayed anywhere as clean and high spec before and we loved the luxury. Beautiful welcome pack and helpful hosts.

We enjoyed our stay at Eller Cottage and found it to be very a comfortable and spacious property. The provision of parking at the rear of the property was a bonus and we found the accommodation to be very conveniently located, as it only took us five minutes to walk into Windermere town centre.

Comfortable and well equipped but very corporate. If you have children make sure you take cards/ games as there is nothing in the house. Very generous hospitality box providing all you need to cater for a day or so, milk, cereal etc. but no condiments if you decide to eat in so take your own salt/ pepper/ sauce. We found the pillows so comfortable we bought them from M&S when we got home - we all had a great nightâs sleep. This house is new on the rental market and everything is clean and fresh - I hope it continues in this vein.
