Really enjoyed staying here for a week in August 2025. Spacious peaceful and comfortable although not luxury. Pool and gardens/ playback are a 5/10 minute pleasant walk away along a quiet village Main Street. Enjoyed these walks ! And was able to use the lovely warm pool every day . No bookings needed but only 8 allowed in pool at once so you may have to wait sometimes . We had no problems all week. Property has a nice large grassed area right outside with a washing line and we enjoyed many hours sitting out here in the sunshine .Don’t forget a hairdryer and hand soap and toilet roll as not provided .Beds comfortable .Not a smart tv and no dvd player Some things in the property would benefit from modernising and improving . Just enough crockery and cups/ glasses for 6 A few extra additions would be nice but as I’ve said we loved our stay in rural Norfolk. Also useful is a frequent bus service ( every half hour all day every day too Kate) to Norwich one way and to Fajenham the other way
