The pool is open all day; each cottage has use of the pool for one hour per day, bookable on arrival.
Additional swimming hours are available at cost, by prior arrangement. Swimming hats must BE worn IN THE pool.

A great place to stay. Jean is a great host. The Swimming Pool is a great bonus. Kitchen is on the small side but that was fine for us as only cooked Toast and Bacon and Egg Sandwiches for breakfast. Outside seating area was lovely as it was in the shade which was great as we sat outside every evening. Even when we had BBQ's it was pleasant. This was our second stay at Scarning Dale. I would like to mention that "The Cabin" is very "Open Plan" (Where most walls do not go up to the ceiling). This was not an issue for us and we would happily stay there again
