About this property

Impress your guests with a stay at Hackford Hall. Dating from the 17th Century, this Georgian gem sleeps 28 people in 13 bedrooms and features an indoor swimming pool, gym, games room, and 32 acres of grounds, including a tennis court. It's ideal for your self-catering holiday with friends, family reunion, celebration, or retreat, with lots of space and a flexible layout that suits different activities. The big holiday home is in Norfolk, at the end of a private driveway on the edge of Reepham, with beautiful views and easy access to the countryside.

Hackford Hall is a grand Georgian house (with some older origins) tucked down a private driveway in rural Norfolk. It's a huge holiday home that comfortably sleeps 28 people in 13 bedrooms and was built as the manor house for Reepham. As well as excellent facilities for self-catering or booking a chef to cook for you, the Grade II listed property has been sympathetically updated with a heated indoor pool, an all-weather tennis court, a games room, a gym, and ample space to host a party and socialise with all of your favourite friends and family members. There is plenty to keep everyone happy when you stay at Hackford Hall.

The house also has an annex which is totally open plan and can sleep up to a further 6 people. This can be booked for an extra cost and will remain empty if not booked by the party booking the house.

You'll be impressed with Hackford Hall when you arrive at its sweeping driveway. This property is designed to impress guests and ensure they are happy and comfortable during their stay. It's easy to spend your entire time within the house and grounds, popping into Reepham for food and other essentials. The 26-mile Marriott's Way cycling route goes through Reepham as it follows an old railway line between Norwich and Aylsham, linking Drayton, Lenwade and Cawston. Norwich is only 14 miles by road. The historic city has many places to eat, drink and shop, sights and attractions like the castle and cathedral, and buzzing nightlife.

The choice of things to do is as diverse as it is exciting. Take the kids for a day at roarr! or bewilderwood. Play golf at a dozen courses within 30 minutes, including Fakenham and Royal Norwich. The incredible beaches of the North Norfolk Coast are an easy drive. Cromer and Sheringham are 35 minutes from Hackford Hall, while Great Yarmouth is under an hour away. You're also within reach of the breathtaking Norfolk Broads. Not many places in Norfolk make Hackford Hall look small, but the royal estate of Sandringham and National Trust Felbrigg Hall and Gardens never fail to impress.

Guests who have stayed at Hackford Hall love its suitability for celebrations and reunions. It's exceptionally spacious and comfortable, with excellent amenities that keep everyone entertained with minimal effort on your part. You can host a soiree or a special meal in its dining and reception rooms, relax in the sunshine at a garden party or barbecue, and easily explore the surrounding countryside and beautiful coast.
