Site Description
These individual waterside properties are located close to an attractively landscaped boatyard set slightly back from the main river. Wroxham, the renowned ‘Capital of The Broads’ is just a short walk away offering you a wealth of shops, excellent amenities and pubs.
Should you wish to add members to your party prior to arrival, you must contact Hoseasons to confirm these changes. If you arrive with extra people the owner will not accept the booking as the Insurance for each property will only cover the advertised maximum occupancy. No refund will be given in these circumstances.
Please call Summercraft 7 days before your holiday to advise arrival time.
Please note;- No more than two dogs are permitted in any property. Please check at time of booking if your accompanying pet is not a Dog.
Iron and ironing boards are available on request at reception.
No fireworks are allowed anywhere on this site.

Loved cottage in a quiet riverside location. We enjoyed fishing from garden and the use of day boat. We have booked for next year and looking forward to two weeks next time.

Great location, good fishing from the back garden. The free boat for a week was a real bonus and meant not only did we save on boat hire, but we could jump in and go to the pub for some food with the kids. We've recommended it to family already. It cost 1100 for a week with a house and boat. Clean house, everything you needed present and great value for money overall.

Summer Ville is soooo comfortable, excellent facilities, very clean and lovely furnishings comfy living room every room recently refurbished. The welcome tray was a nice touch. Nothing negative!!We have been here a few times and have already booked for next year.
