Guests say

Guests generally praise the holiday rental at 109 Pentney Lakes for its cleanliness, comfort, and picturesque location. The property is well-equipped and offers a peaceful setting ideal for relaxation and exploring Norfolk. While most reviews are positive, a few guests noted issues with cleanliness and maintenance, but these seem to be exceptions rather than the rule.

Guests that stayed at this property said

Most guests found the property to be clean, with fresh bed linen and fluffy towels. However, one review mentioned cleanliness issues upon arrival, which slightly impacts the overall high standard noted by others.

The property's location is highly praised for its tranquillity and beautiful lake views. It is considered a good base for exploring Norfolk, although some noted it is quite remote and requires a car or bike for access to shops.

Guests describe the property as comfortable, with special mentions of the quality beds and powerful shower. The peaceful environment contributes to a restful stay, although one review cited the children's bedroom as being too small.

Facilities are generally well-received, with a well-equipped kitchen and generous outdoor space. Some guests suggested improvements, such as the addition of a washing machine and better maintenance of certain amenities.

While some guests mentioned a welcome pack and quick responses from the owners, there is not enough consistent information about thoughtful gestures or gifts to accurately score this category. It should be noted that any gifts received are a bonus and not guaranteed.

.... apart from the occasional water skier that is but this adds to the feeling of being on holiday. I would however suggest that any mention of 6 people should be omitted. Even 4 adults may find it a bit cramped but this is a suggestion only and does not detract from the overall enjoyment to be had.

Very bright and clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed to have a relaxed holiday. A nice mixture of people around and a good healthy atmosphere.

Clean and comfortable it is situated in a beautfu,l tranquil area overlooking Pentney Lake. The owner (Jeff) called to check that everything was in order (always a good sign). We would recommend this holiday let - we are going to make another booking in the not too distant future.
