Had a great stay. There were six of us and we had enough space. The location is amazing you don’t need to move the car if you don’t wish to get about, we parked up and then enjoyed North Norfolk all by foot and great pubs in the area too.

Charnwood Cottage was absolutely perfect. Clean, beautiful decor and everything we needed for our weekend stay. Please don’t be fooled by the small cobbled look of the cottage at the front once inside it is like a tardis, especially having the garden bedroom at the end of the garden - this was exceptional. We are a group 6 ladies who holiday together twice a year looking for a cosy place to stay along with great places to eat, drink, boutique shopping and country walks ! This most definitely is the place. Socius a 6 minute walk from our cottage - what a restaurant absolutely outstanding ! The Hero at Burnham Overy Staithe fantastic Sunday lunch. Would thoroughly recommend Charnwood Cottage and all that goes with it ! Hopefully we will get to come again.

This is a truly lovely holiday home with everything and more that one needs. We had four days walking in the local and beautiful countryside. Three double bedrooms exactly suited our demographic. Mother and father in the annex and two adult children in the cottage. We ate at The Hoste, 29 and Socius - the latter being far and away our favourite. The weather was kind and we take back many fond memories.
