Field Lodge is the perfect hideaway if you are looking for relaxing peaceful retreat enjoying lovely open rural views and love Burnham Market. With excellent village amenities within walking distance, and North Norfolk's stunning coastline a short drive away, you have everything you could possibly need.
With a prime position on the boundary of a prestigious development, The Poplars, which has a pleasantly landscaped village aesthetic, Field Lodge is detached and benefits from an enclosed private patio terrace and uninterrupted views across adjacent fields. The very well-designed interiors are supremely comfortable and sumptuously furnished throughout, with underfloor heating in the bathrooms. The open-plan light-filled living area works well, with an excellently equipped fitted kitchen with breakfast bar seating, an adjacent dining area and a cosy seating area with sink-into sofas and armchairs set around a stylish inset living flame fire adding warmth and ambience at the push of a button. Sliding doors open to the patio terrace to let the outside in on balmy days, maybe take a seat as the sun goes down on another day and enjoy some seriously fantastic sunsets and passing wildlife too. In the winter months, the sight and sound of the pink footed geese as they pass overhead, morning and evening, is an annual spectacular you can witness from the comfort of an armchair. The two bedrooms, both king-size and en-suite, have simply divine beds, guaranteeing a good night's sleep as well as ample storage for all your bits and bobs and the bliss of your own private facilities.
Field Lodge is an ideal spot for a couple or two, or a small family. Burnham Market is a destination loved by everyone, and once you have visited you will know why. A traditional village that surrounds a central green with the stream running through the centre, the village is full of charming independent shops of every kind including fashion boutiques, galleries, jewellers, restaurants, delis, cafes, pubs, butchers, fishmongers, a hardware shop, tennis courts, a village store, as well as a beauty spa. And, all of this, without losing any of its rural Norfolk village charm. There's plenty to keep you amused right on the doorstep before you even consider the possibility of exploring the surrounding areas and the fabulous coastline.

Just perfect! Location amazing. Lovely walks from the door. Great pubs, cafes and restaurants. People friendly and welcoming, we love North Norfolk, and we will certainly be back to Field Lodge.

Lovely lodge - we all needed. Village perfect - recommend Tuscan Deli and nearby teashop, both lovely. Recommend No 29 for a nice meal! Also boat trip from Blakeney Point - Beans Boat Trips, £20 adults, many seals. Wells-next-the-Sea very nice place to have a wander - nice little Indie shops, few pubs, beach, Nelson connections / church in Burnham Thorpe interesting. Loved our stay.

Lovely lodge with everything we needed. We would love to come back next summer. Loved playing monopoly Norfolk edition. Enjoyed Eric's fish and chips at Thornham, Drove Orchards. Thank you for the Welcome pack, the halloween treats were much appreciated by the kids. Thank you very much,
