The ground floor comprises of open-plan living areas divided into three main rooms; the sitting room features large Georgian-style windows, french doors opening onto the garden and a beautiful limestone fireplace with wood-burning stove; moving through to the dining room where there is seating for eight guests at a modern farmhouse style dining table which continues seamlessly through to a well-quipped kitchen, providing an excellent range of appliances and offering an excellent social setting for entertaining beneath a vaulted ceiling. French doors from the kitchen allow the space to open out onto the patio. Additionally, there is a separate utility room further adding the functional practicality of Limestone House.

The sleeping accommodation of four opulent bedrooms; three of which occupy the first floor, including the master bedroom with a super-king size bed, separate dressing room and en-suite bathroom featuring a luxurious double-ended french style slipper bath; bedroom two with a king-size bed and en-suite shower room; and bedroom three with a super-king size zip and link bed which can be configured as twin 3' single beds upon request, an en-suite shower room and separate dressing room. On the ground floor, bedroom four has a double bed and en-suite shower room.

At the rear is an enclosed walled garden with patio area, garden furniture and Spanish style plancha grill/firepit, and a lawned area.

The village centre is just a five minute stroll away, where you can buy good fresh coffee, warm bread and croissants from No.33 bakery and something for lunch or a picnic from the Tuscan deli. Make sure you make a reservation at Socius, No.Twenty9 or The Hoste, which again are just a short five minute walk away. The beaches of Holkham and Brancaster are between five and ten minutes drive away. Sail or paddleboard from Burnham Overy or Brancaster Staithe, or simply book a table at The White Horse and enjoy a sundowner or two, whilst watching others on the water and enjoy the mesmerising views across to Scolt Head Island.
