Having undergone a brand new makeover in 2022, Tern Cottage showcases exquisite wallpapers, high quality furniture, sumptuous furnishings, an über smart kitchen and three fully tiled bathrooms with Crittal style shower screens, with everything complementing the period features of the property. Arriving in Tern Cottage through its rear door entrance from the courtyard garden, you are greeted by a welcoming hallway with a useful utility room on the right and a door leading through to the well-equipped fitted kitchen with herringbone flooring that includes a dining area, on your left. Walking through to the stunning vaulted sitting room, where full length bi-fold doors slide open to bring the outside in - especially lovely during the warm days in summer months. At the far end of the cottage the first of the five bedrooms is situated, with use of a neighbouring shower room. Upstairs on the first floor, reached by a staircase leading off the kitchen, are two further bedrooms. Both are double rooms, one of which, the master bedroom, has an en-suite bathroom with bath and shower options that can be shared with the adjacent bedroom. The remaining two bedrooms are in a separate single story annexe, one of which has a king-size zip and link bed, that can be offered as twin beds if required, and a double room. Both bedrooms have joint use of a shower room located between the two.

Burnham Market is popular destination all year round, with a delectable selection of places to eat, designer boutiques, lifestyle shopping and beautiful art galleries to browse. The stunning North Norfolk coastline and its expensive beaches are within easy reach, as are walks along the North Norfolk coast path - a feast for the eyes, senses and wellbeing.
