Modern yet full of character, this recently refurbished property makes a great getaway for families and groups of friends who love being near the sea, but who also enjoy being close to the local town and amenities. On the ground floor is a well-equipped kitchen and dining room where meals and conversation can be enjoyed, as well as a sitting room with an open fire, TV and video game console. Heading to the first floor, youll find a double bedroom with a king-size bed, a twin bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with separate shower. This Heacham property is situated within a short distance of the town centre which offers a Post Office, pharmacist, Co-op and Tesco, as well as a local vet. Less than a mile and a half away (just over five minutes by car) is Heacham Beach, which is a great place to enjoy the weather, play with children, walk the dog or simply take a stroll in the evening. Although it can get busy during peak periods, it's also well known for being quieter in the evening. The famous Norfolk Lavender fields can be found less than a mile away too, with around 100 acres of lavender fields as well as a small gift shop and restaurant. This property is ideally located for a lot of the attractions in the area, with many of them easily accessible within walking distance.
Heacham is a large village located on the West Norfolk coastline, on The Wash, boasting a lovely family friendly sandy beach, ideal for jet skis, kitesurfing and windsurfing.
