If you want front row seats for the most incredible Wash sunsets you cannot get any better than The Heacham House. Situated down an unmade track that runs adjacent to the beach and promenade you are as close to the beach as you can be. The house itself is beautifully appointed with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The kitchen is downstairs with an open plan dining and seating area with access to the decked veranda and BBQ. Upstairs you really get the wow factor when you open the door and see The Wash right in front of you. A glass sided walkway lead to French doors and another balcony. Just perfect for a sundowner. Outside you have your own private steps onto the promenade and beach. Birdwatchers will have a unique view of the mud flats at low tide and the waders and geese migration in the autumn months all from the comfort of your armchair. A very special house indeed.

Outside:
The house is situated on an unmade up road that leads to Heacham and eventually Snettisham, running adjacent to the beaches. To the front there is a raised deck area perfect for sunbathing. There is also a glass balcony on the first floor. To the rear is plenty of parking and a grassed area. Steps lead over the wall straight to the Promenade and beach. The Wash is a tidal area and at low tide the mud flats are revealed, a spectacular landscape in any weather. Bird watchers can see many different species of waders and geese feeding out on the mud. At high tide the sea changes everything and the sunsets are simply spectacular.
