An attractive fully refurbished bungalow with contemporary and eye-catching interiors, located in the coastal destination of Heacham. Tucked away in a quiet residential area on the edge of this popular village, and offering secure bike storage, The Saltings is situated within easy reach of the village amenities, and is a mere twenty minute walk or five minute drive from the coast.
Enjoying peace, privacy and lovely views from the rear garden, The Saltings is a delightful hideaway, simply perfect for a couple or two, or a small family to escape to, year round. The bungalow is supremely comfortable, well-equipped, beautifully and thoughtfully styled with a fresh modern co-ordinated look that flows from room to room. There's ample space to spread out too with the choice of both a conservatory and sun room, in addition to the sitting room. The main living space is at the front of the house. From the front door you enter the sitting room which introduces you to a flavour of the property's theme; pops of colour lifting cool, relaxing greys. The sitting room curves round to the kitchen with dining area and that, in turn, takes you through to the sunny conservatory. At the back of the bungalow are the two bedrooms, one with a king-size bed, the other with a double bed and both with their own private facilities. The second bedroom has an adjoining sun room offering a quiet space to relax. Outside, again you have a choice of seating areas; either a patio with dining area or a side shingled garden with shade from a tree and additional covered seating.
Heacham is a popular destination with both older holiday makers and young families, and offers the perfect base for beach holidays as well as discovering the many charms of inland and coastal North/North West Norfolk; walking, cycling, visiting historical country houses, spotting some amazing bird life or just chilling 'at home'. Best holiday home I've ever stayed in. And definitely the cleanest. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Loved the fresh flowers on the dining table, a lovely touch. Booked to go again next year it was that good.

The whole accommodation was excellent. The beds were comfortable. The bungalow spotless. The bedroom with a garden sitting room brilliant for morning yoga. The conservatory off the kitchen excellent for tai chi and relaxing also. Comfortable lounge, internet worked and tv fine. Its just so well thought out. Neighborhood quiet and peaceful. 10 out of 10.
