A beautiful Victorian Terrace with bags of seaside style and charm, High Tide House sits within the village of Heacham on the stunning North Norfolk Coastline. Light and airy throughout with a real coastal feel in all its rooms, from the moment you arrive and unpack your bags you will really feel like you are on holiday. This has been a much-loved family retreat and many happy memories have been made here. Now it has enjoyed a complete refurb so you can come and make some too. With three bedrooms, a bathroom boasting a bathtub and a shower cubicle and two further toilets, this delightful luxury property really does have everything you need for a fantastic stay. The lovely, enclosed garden boasts a contemporary covered seating area and a barbeque, perfect for enjoying after a day on the wide, sandy beach with its rolling dunes. The living room features a wood burning stove to snuggle up and hunker down in front of, making this the perfect year-round choice for your much-earned getaway.
Along with that beautiful beach, Heacham is packed with shops, takeaways, cafes and inns but venture a little further and you will find a coastline strung with pretty habitats including stripey cliffs, salt and clay marshes, beaches for days and picturesque quays and harbours. The area is packed with history too with Castle Acre, Castle Rising, The Hanseatic Quarter of Old Kings Lynn and the Holkham, Houghton and Sandringham Estates all within easy reach. And when it comes to wildlife you will be spoilt for choice with rspb Titchwell and Snettisham Marshes close by too. Add in great walks, cycle routes and lovely golf courses and you will just start to get a glimpse of what this amazing area has to offer. And after all that sea air and exploring you are sure to have worked up an appetite so you will be pleased to hear that this area is packed with great eateries to suit all tastes and pockets. Everything about High Tide Cottage was perfect. In a good location. Decorated to a high standard. Lovely garden. Lynne has thought of everything. From the lovely welcome pack, to the every day essentials. Its like home from home. I would 100% recommend the cottage

We had a wonderful week at High Tide House. It is beautifully decorated throughout and is very well equipped. The garden is a great space and our boys loved it. The beds were comfortable. Great location, shop and takeaways in walking distance. Perfect for a family week away

We had a lovely week away in Heacham at High Tide House. It was beautifully decorated and really well kitted out. Plenty of utensils/pots in the kitchen and salt & pepper, tea and coffee and milk. The house was spotles and a really well thought out garden. There is plenty to do nearby, walking to Heacham coast or further to Hunstanton there is lots to do for children. We enjoyed seeing different coastal surrounding areas. Host was helpful and friendly and even left some goodies and treats on arrival! Thank you for a lovely stay.
