Situated a mere 20-minute walk to the beach at Holme-next-the-Sea, Beachcomber is an immaculately presented contemporary three-bedroom detached holiday retreat boasting an extensive fully enclosed garden and ample off-street parking suitable for three cars. Nestled in the delightful coastal village of Holme-next-the-Sea, guests can embrace a walk along the fabulous coastal path, meander through the famous wildlife reserve, explore the magnificent Holme dunes, and visit the charming village pub, all just a short stroll from the front door.

Lovingly and thoughtfully curated, Beachcomber features modern interiors finished with comfortable furnishings. Excellent facilities and modern conveniences make this coastal hideaway a relaxing and pleasurable place to stay. Flooded with natural light, the attractive sitting room provides ample seating on deep sofas. Seamlessly flowing into the inviting dining area, a superb living space is created for guests to gather together to reminisce on the day’s adventures. A wood burning stove makes for nestling in on cosy evenings. With additional seating to view the far-reaching garden via french doors, this area promotes a feeling of tranquillity. Enter the well-appointed kitchen from here. Well-appointed and featuring a full inventory of modern appliances to complement the integrated oven, this is the ideal place for creating a culinary masterpiece made using the areas delectable local produce. For coffee lovers, a Nespresso machine is provided.

On the first floor, three stylish and spacious bedrooms are offered. The master bedroom hosts a luxurious Vispring super-king bed dressed in good-quality white linens, and is served by an en-suite shower room. A super-king bed that can be converted into two single beds on request, is provided bedroom two, with bedroom three set up as a twin room, with beds that can be converted into a further super-king bed on request. These two bedrooms boast garden views, and are served by an exquisite family bathroom offering bath with shower over. With all bedrooms styled in calming colour tones with sumptuous soft furnishings, guests will be lulled into a fabulous restorative sleep.

Outside, the generous mature rear garden boasts views towards the village church. Being fully enclosed, this is the ideal place for supervised children and dogs to explore. Outdoor furniture has been provided to accompany the charcoal barbecue, allowing ample opportunity to enjoy this charming area long into the warm summer evenings.

    We have had a super week. The house is a clean, well appointed, stress-free home-from-home. Thank you for the welcome pack! The White Horse around the corner does a fabulous Sunday lunch and Holme beach is just gorgeous. So many places to visit within a 45-minute drive (Cley, Felbrigg House, etc) but the fact that you can get to so many beautiful coastal villages in a very short space of time makes this corner of Norfolk so very special. Thank you.

    A lovely house - clean, well-equipped and it felt very much like a home from home. Super comfy beds and black out blinds and lovely linen = really good nights sleep. Much needed! Great large garden - our spaniel has loved running up and down with plenty to sniff! Next door's pond hs been of interest to him! Maybe if we visit again, the hedge will be higher and denser which would alleviate this minor issue. We are frequent visitors to the area. We love the beach at Old Hunstanton. On previous trips we also enjoyed the beach at Wells, Holkham, Brancaster and Titchwell. We've enjoyed coffee and cake at The Lodge in Old Hunstanton, Bircham Village Stores, and The Hoste in Burnham Market. Drove Orchard is a lovely farm shop with great variety of fruit, veg, cheese, bakery, etc. Eric's fish 'n' chips always good too!
