The cottage is so cosy and welcoming. A truly delightful little place to return to after a day exploring the wonderful North Norfolk coast. It was bitterly cold but mostly fine so we enjoyed many beautiful coast walks - Holkham, Holt, Thornham, Blakeney, Castle Rising and Castle Acre. Had a really wonderful time here and the cottage is beautifully appointed. We return to our home in central Italy with very many happy memories. PS: The Bakery... buonissimo !!!

Our second visit, lovely cosy well equipped cottage for two and small dog. Location is perfect as we did not need to use the car; footpath across the road led to a nature reserve, then to sea marshes, finally to sand dunes and a beautiful sandy beach. Pub and bakery just across the road. The cottage is a short walk to the main road where you can access the hourly coastal hopper bus.

Beautiful comfortable cottage in a brilliant location: an excellent base to explore North Norfolk. All the nature reserves are amazing for wildlife - saw so many birds we had never seen before ie marsh harrier, hen harrier, a sanderling. The White Horse pub and bakery are excellent. Drove Orchards farm shop plus Eric's Fish & Chips - so good, and so handy close by. Will be back to Holme-next-the-Sea. Thank you so much.
