Little Dab is a delightful three-bedroom bungalow with two double bedrooms and one twin, plus two bathrooms, both with shower cubicles and one with a separate bath. This property is perfect for friends and families looking for a stylish base, when exploring the North Norfolk coast. The living area has been thoughtfully designed to create a sociable open plan living, dining and kitchen space. The living area has a double-sided wood burner, perfect for those cosy evenings in and the kitchen has an island, a great spot for enjoying an aperitif and admiring the group’s chosen chef mustering up culinary delights! Little Dab offers a separate utility room and a private garden with patio area where you can sit out and enjoy the sunshine; the rear garden is enclosed but not completely dog proof and two well-behaved dogs are welcome.
The property is located in Brancaster Staithe, a tidal harbour in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, with glorious views across the salt marshes and the glorious sandy beaches of the North Norfolk coast on your doorstep. This really is a fantastic location for walkers, cyclists, and twitchers, with some of the UK’s best nature reserves. Family fun can be found at the seaside town of Hunstanton, with arcades and funfair for traditional family seaside activities, just 8 miles away. Fancy golf? The stunning Royal West Norfolk Golf Course rated top 100 in the world, is just 3 miles away. It’s also 3 miles to Burnham Market, a 17th-century Norfolk village, where you will find a range of independent shops, tearooms, and restaurants to enjoy. Perfect location for coast and common walks. Excellent organisation inside property -dog room with access to garden and inner porch at front door. Easy to keep bedrooms pet free.Well equipped and very comfortable kitchen/dining /lounge area.

Lovely accommodation and very well situated. The open plan kitchen living area is great and the bedrooms were all nice and comfortable. Host was very helpful throughout. Would definitely recommend.
