Beautiful flooring, a barn door to the garden and a stunning brick fireplace in the kitchen make it a delight to cook in, while exposed beams, feature light fittings and large windows in the open-plan living area create a cosy atmosphere. Sit in a sunny spot with a book or curl up in front of the wood burner that hides under the stairs. Exposed beams, neutral decor and wooden furniture in the bedrooms promote a great night’s sleep.
When you can tear yourself away, head off down Peddars Way that runs straight past the front door on your bike or on foot. There’s a pub just 1 mile away to stop at on your return journey. Children will love a day at the beach at Hunstanton (5 miles), while grown-ups might prefer a stroll along Snettisham Beach and the RSPB reserve (7 miles). You can’t visit this part of Norfolk without visiting Norfolk Lavender (2.5 miles) where there’s a soft play and animal centre to keep the little ones busy.
