To the left, a delightful light, bright dual aspect sitting room is perfect for relaxing, reading a book, or catching up with a favourite television series. To the other side, a very pleasant well-equipped L-shaped kitchen features modern appliances and an adjacent dining area. With seating for six guests available around the welcoming table, this area is truly the social hub of this home. Gather together to plan the day ahead over a coffee and a pastry from the nearby café, or share a delicious meal made from the areas famed local produce. Grand french doors open to the patio in the west facing private garden. Open the doors on warm days to allow the fresh sea air to drift through. Upstairs, three bedrooms beautifully appointed bedrooms are presented. Hosting a king size bed, the master bedroom is served by an en suite shower room. Bedroom two offers a twin beds that can be converted into a king size bed on request. A double bed is featured in bedroom three. With all beds dressed in fine linens, guests will enjoy a deep, restorative sleep. A family bathroom with bath and shower over completes this floor.

Outside, a good-sized lawned garden is circumvented by planted borders and features a patio area hosting garden furniture and charcoal barbecue.
