An attractive, single-storey brick and flint annexe, adjoining the owners' home in the small village of Gayton, seven miles from King's Lynn. Well placed for touring the North Norfolk coast, this Gayton cottage provides very comfortable accommodation for couples and families, and set entirely across the ground floor with a convenient shower room, it's also suitable for guests with restricted mobility. The light and spacious sitting room in this Norfolk cottage has French doors that open out to the rear garden with furniture, a pleasant place to enjoy an alfresco meal in the sun, whilst the two cosy bedrooms are warm and inviting, especially at the close of a busy day spent exploring. A few minutes' walk brings you to the village pub and shops, whilst the historic market town of King's Lynn, just a short drive away, offers excellent amenities with its independent shops, eateries and pubs set along the charming cobbled streets. Within easy reach of this cottage near King's Lynn are many attractions, including the splendid Sandringham Estate, just six miles away, Castle Acre and the National Trust manor house at Oxburgh Hall. Hop on your bike to discover the Norfolk Coast Cycleway, spend a day beside the sea at the beautiful Holkham or the popular seaside resort of Hunstanton, or why not visit one of the nearby RSPB reserves? Equipped with everything you need and host very welcoming. Pub with great food just 5 mins away and very central to places of interest for days out. Would go back.

Pleasent area to stay in good location for exploring surrounding area of Norfolk.

No shelf in shower to put shampoo,etc on. Another towel rail or two to hang towels after showering. Would have liked a waste paper bin in the bedroom. And maybe a clock in the living room. Based on other properties that we have stayed in. All good
