Bordered by the extensive lawn, you feel as if you’re entering into your own private corner of Norfolk. Here, you can be sure that no car will ever pass, with clear nights reveal spectacular displays of the Milky Way.
Inside, the quirky and contemporary design has created fun, comfortable rooms that will suit a range of ages and interests. The house offers a snug, sitting room, kitchen/dining room, with further dining options provided outside, there should be ample room for the different needs of your group. Six comfortable bedrooms are supported by three bathrooms and a ground floor WC.
Outside, the wonderful grounds provide a private space and include a gas barbecue, outdoor dining set, tennis court and five-a-side pitch. Ample parking means that there should be no concern with where you will park. In this rural, yet convenient location you may even be able to keep car use to a minimum!

This is an amazing property. The house, the garden, the location - fabulous. Although the house is completely secluded, there is an amazing farm shop at the end of the garden, as well as a pizzeria, an outstanding fish shop, a fish restaurant and lots more, so you never really have to get into your car at all. This is very much a family home that is used regularly, so it feels lived in. The garden with the tennis court is beautiful and well-maintained. The beach is quite a walk away (roughly 25 mins on foot). The alternative is to drive a couple of miles to Hunstanton beach. We had our dog with us at the property, which was lovely, however, the property is not fenced in and deer are roaming around, so this can be an issue.
