With two hotel-standard bedrooms, an open plan living area, underfloor heating throughout and a south facing garden, this is the perfect choice for those looking for a true taste of North Norfolk.
Tastefully curated throughout to offer calm, understated elegance, Kingfishers Cove provides a light filled open-plan living area that serves as a wonderful space for socialising. A contemporary kitchen and dining area adjoins the comfortable sitting room. Here you are provided with modern appliances that include a built-in electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher, and a Moka coffee pot. The stylish dining area comfortably seats four guests and the lounge area, complete with a large corner sofa and a Smart television, provides a cosy spot to unwind. From here you can open up the bifold doors to easily access and enjoy the enclosed garden.
Upstairs, the master bedroom located at the rear of the property, offers a tranquil night of rest, with the addition of a Juliet balcony that overlooks the surrounding countryside. Furnished with a king-size bed and providing ample storage, the room also features an en suite with a spacious walk-in shower. Bedroom two offers sea views and a comfortable king-size bed. The contemporary family bathroom, adorned with marble tiling, includes a bath with a shower over. There is also a convenient ground floor WC near the living area.
The enclosed south facing garden is perfect for maximising the enjoyment of any sunny weather and is ideal for children and dogs. The garden also provides an area of lawn with an adjacent patio area that features a dining table, chairs, a parasol and a charcoal barbecue. To the rear of the property, you have off-road parking for two cars.

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely house on the North Norfolk coast. The location is excellent â perfectly placed for exploring Titchwell and the beautiful Brancaster beaches, which are only a short drive away.The house itself was ideal for our family. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for an easy, relaxing break. The outdoor area was a real highlight too, with peaceful views across the fields that made morning coffees and evening drinks feel extra special.Communication with the owner was excellent throughout. Clear instructions, quick responses, and a genuinely helpful approach made the whole experience smooth from start to finish.Weâd happily stay again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a great base on the North Norfolk coast.

Such an excellent cottage! We have been so impressed with the high spec, attention to detail, cleanliness and your kind Welcome gifts, snacks etc. The best stay in Norfolk for many years and no doubt we will return!
