The North Norfolk Coast anob is always in style, attracting holidaymakers of all ages in all seasons. Briningham is a quiet village convenient for the coast but far enough away that you don't have to tolerate summer day-trippers if you'd prefer. Holkham's sandy shore stretches for two miles between Wells and Overy Staithe Beach, with ample space for solitude. Cromer has a Victorian pier, seaside amusements, traditional amenities like chip shops, and a beach shack selling fresh crab and lobster rolls. Families will enjoy Brancaster as it is big enough to be exciting for children but not so large that they have to walk too far.
Norfolk is widely regarded as one of the best places in England for birdwatching. Bird watchers love it for the number and diversity of migrating and breeding birds, especially geese, who fill the skies and take refuge in places like rspb Titchwell Marsh and Snettisham, Holkham, Brancaster Staithe, and Blakeney Point. Blakeney is home to the biggest colony of grey seals in England. A seal-watching boat trip from Morston Quay is the safest way to enjoy the site of seal pups in winter without disturbing their peace.
Shopping for groceries is a pleasure in Holt. The pretty Georgian market town has a great choice of independent shops and places to eat and drink. Alternatively visit the markets in Aylsham, Fakenham and Reepham. You're less than half an hour from Norwich if the mood for serious shopping and sightseeing strikes. Dozens of local attractions include bewilderwood and the Dinosaur Adventure Park for kids, Sandringham Estate for wannabe-royalty, Norfolk Lavender, the Muckleburgh Military Collection, Pensthorpe Natural Park, and the Poppy Line heritage steam trains.

Outside: The landscaped courtyard garden has a covered area with an outdoor dining table and chairs, a lawn, and a six-person hot tub. There is covered parking for two cars with more space near the house, and an EV charging point.
Additional Information: Utilities, WiFi, bed linen, bath towels, and fuel for the log burner are included. Two dogs are welcome by arrangement. Smoking is not allowed on site. The owner can arrange onsite stabling for an extra cost.
