Sitting on a gable end to an impressive sea view, as you pull up to Beaches you will really feel that ‘I am on holiday’ vibe. This property has been lovingly renovated, decorated and furnished to provide stylish luxury accommodation for discerning guests looking for somewhere really special for their break. With five bedrooms, accommodating eight people and three bathrooms, this property is perfect for families and couples alike. It is also perfect for three generations travelling together as one of the bathrooms and en-suite is located on the ground floor. With a light, and airy living room and separate kitchen/dining room there really are lots of places to relax in, unwind and enjoy your break. The contemporary, well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook a great meal together and the dining area which has French doors into the garden, helping you to bring the outside in while eating together and raising a glass or two.
Overstrand itself is a very sought-after village, not least because it boasts one of the best beaches in the area, which is often quieter than its big sister, Cromer. And from Beaches you will literally be enjoying that beach in moments, making this a great choice for beach lovers too. In fact, venture a little further and you will find numerous coastal habitats to explore with North Norfolk boasting sand and shingle beaches, rolling grassy dunes, promenades, a famous pier, salt and clay marshes, cliff tops, quays, creek and harbours all waiting to be enjoyed. And another joy of this location is that you can be in the heart of stunning Norfolk Broads land in 30 minutes and in the fine city of Norwich in 45. You can even get a train to both from nearby Cromer if you would prefer not to drive. Add in history and nature galore, lots of family attractions, great golf courses and wonderful walks and cycle routes and you’re sure to be back just to fit it all in. And we are in no doubt that you will return to Beaches when you are. Just lovely! Beach 200 yards. Pub and restaurant 50 yards.

We had a lovely family holiday at Beaches. The accommodation was bright and spacious with plenty of room for all of us - 6 adults, our grandson and one dog!The configuration worked well for us. An added bonus was the pub next door! Cleanliness was good. Positioning is great as only a few minutes walk to the beach.However we do think the property needs a little tlc - paintwork, toilet in main bathroom and perhaps blackout blinds for bedroom windows. Overall though we would return and would recommend to others.
