This really is a sociable house, complimented with large doors from the dining area opening onto a mature garden with lots of space to relax and unwind. The addition of a rope swing also makes this a great space for children to play while you are getting ready for a great day out. This lovely, private garden and patio space coupled with the wood burning stove makes this a really great choice for your break whatever the season where sunny swimming, sandy toes or blustery beach walks await year-round.

There are also an impressive four bathrooms, one of which has a shower, making this property perfect groups including guests who don’t want to attempt unfamiliar stairs. This is a great place to hang out and eat together but venture out and you will find yourself in the very heart of stunning Norfolk coastline.
You are also in a great position to explore the Broads and the fine city of Norwich too, making this the perfect choice for those seeking to see the three highlights of this lovely county. Excellent house. Visited with 6 adults and 2 children. Plenty of space and all the facilities you could want. Walking distance to the beach, playground and the local pub which was a plus. Good location to visit the area. The garden was beautiful and our 2 boys had a brilliant time exploring.

Fabulous big house with amazing garden Good location near the sea. Needs a few tiny tweaks to make the stay more comfortable . One bedroom had no mirror and chairs in bedrooms would be handy for less able members of the group as beds are very low to sit on. Some side tables in lounge would be handy as nowhere to stand drinks down. Overall we loved this place and would recommend it.
