This really is a sociable house, complimented with large doors from the dining area opening onto a mature garden with lots of space to relax and unwind. The addition of a rope swing also makes this a great space for children to play while you are getting ready for a great day out. This lovely, private garden and patio space coupled with the wood burning stove makes this a really great choice for your break whatever the season where sunny swimming, sandy toes or blustery beach walks await year-round.
This house is great for families and couples alike as it boasts light and airy accommodation throughout in five bedrooms, two of which are on the ground floor and a further three bedrooms on the first floor. There are also an impressive four bathrooms, one of which has a shower, making this property perfect groups including guests who don’t want to attempt unfamiliar stairs. This is a great place to hang out and eat together but venture out and you will find yourself in the very heart of stunning Norfolk coastline.
You are also in a great position to explore the Broads and the fine city of Norwich too, making this the perfect choice for those seeking to see the three highlights of this lovely county. And having had lungs full of refreshing sea air, you will be sure to have worked up and appetite and will be pleased to find that there are some great places to eat and drink locally too. Beautiful house with so much garden saw pheasants squirrel's running around Smashing garden swing and a lovely patio to sit out on.Plenty of bedrooms for all nice and comfy The frontroom settees need some TLC though and a lamp in the front room would be good.Plenty of fridges, overall a very nice roomy place for large groups we were 7 and 2 dogs.Walked into Cromer both on the beach and the cliff path and caught the local bus which were close by.Very relaxing and quiet placeBonus plenty of parking too

Excellent location with easy access to beach and all major attractions are very easy to access. Bus Sevice to Cromer and then surrounding towns excellent. The house is excellent for a large family. There were 6 adults staying and a baby and can certainly accommodate more as we did not even use two of the first floor and one ground floor bedrooms. There is a great living room and also a snug which was surplus to our requirements but a great to have. Would definitely recommend staying here as well as staying on Overstrand. Thank you to the Hosts .

Excellent house. Visited with 6 adults and 2 children. Plenty of space and all the facilities you could want. Walking distance to the beach, playground and the local pub which was a plus. Good location to visit the area. The garden was beautiful and our 2 boys had a brilliant time exploring.
