With spacious open-plan kitchen and dining room, double doors also open onto the living room which has a lovely wood burning stove. This really is a sociable house, complimented with large doors from the dining area opening onto a mature garden with lots of space to relax and unwind. The addition of a rope swing also makes this a great space for children to play while you are getting ready for a great day out. This lovely, private garden and patio space coupled with the wood burning stove makes this a really great choice for your break whatever the season where sunny swimming, sandy toes or blustery beach walks await year-round.
This house is great for families and couples alike as it boasts light and airy accommodation throughout in five bedrooms, two of which are on the ground floor and a further three bedrooms on the first floor. There are also an impressive four bathrooms, one of which has a shower, making this property perfect groups including guests who don’t want to attempt unfamiliar stairs. This is a great place to hang out and eat together but venture out and you will find yourself in the very heart of stunning Norfolk coastline.
You are also in a great position to explore the Broads and the fine city of Norwich too, making this the perfect choice for those seeking to see the three highlights of this lovely county. And having had lungs full of refreshing sea air, you will be sure to have worked up and appetite and will be pleased to find that there are some great places to eat and drink locally too. Fabulous big house with amazing garden Good location near the sea. Needs a few tiny tweaks to make the stay more comfortable . One bedroom had no mirror and chairs in bedrooms would be handy for less able members of the group as beds are very low to sit on. Some side tables in lounge would be handy as nowhere to stand drinks down. Overall we loved this place and would recommend it.

Cedar Lodge is a fantastic house with spacious grounds & parking. The property is vast which was ideal for our party of 8. However, we were very disappointed with the kitchen equipment for example there were only 7 dining chairs not enough for us all to sit for dinner. To cook a meal for 8 was a mammoth task due to the fact of very limited pots/pans/utensils & general lack of cooking equipment . There were lots of cupboards but nothing in them. A nice touch however , was the milk/juice in the fridge & cookies/ jam etc.Overall we had a lovely few days but very disappointed with the kitchen.
