Guests say

Seacroft offers a well-located and spacious holiday base, ideal for exploring Cromer and the North Norfolk coast. Guests appreciate the easy walks into town, sea views, and the convenience of on-site amenities. The property is generally comfortable and well-equipped for families, with a peaceful atmosphere. While some guests have praised the cleanliness and welcoming touches, others have noted occasional lapses in cleaning and maintenance. Suggestions for improvement include additional bathroom facilities and enhanced accessibility features. Overall, Seacroft provides a pleasant stay with great potential for an even better experience.

Reviews are mixed, with some guests finding the property immaculately clean, while others reported issues such as unclean kitchenware, floors, and bathrooms on arrival. Cleaning standards appear inconsistent, though issues were resolved promptly when raised.

The location is highly praised for its proximity to Cromer, easy access to walks, and suitability for exploring the coast. Guests value the peaceful setting and convenience of nearby transport links.

Guests generally find the property comfortable and cosy, with well-equipped bedrooms and living areas. Some mention minor issues such as uncomfortable beds, low sofas, and a need for grab rails in the bathroom, particularly for seniors.

Facilities are appreciated, including the well-equipped kitchen, dining area, and on-site clubhouse. However, guests note the need for an extra bathroom, some maintenance issues (e.g., broken beds, doors, and wardrobes), and accessibility improvements.

Guests enjoyed thoughtful touches such as a Christmas tree and a private garden, which added to the welcoming atmosphere. Please note that such gestures are not guaranteed for every stay.

One of the advantages of using this property is there is the opportunity to eat in the club bar complex unfortunately being medically required to eat gluten free food the only option was fish and chips or pizza. However they had no Gf pizza base. Eggand chips then… no no eggs. We have chips! I would hate to be the parent of a child with a nut allergy. Perhaps when the site reopens next July 2027 someone will ensure past service is restored.

Lovely location , but unfortunately the lodge is very tired looking with rotting doors , broken and scratched floors . When we arrived we were informed one of the single beds was broken luckily for us we didn't need it but if you did I don't know what you would of done . Big cobwebs everywhere , outside is full of cones from the over hanging tree not even attempted to clean up , thick gravel drive so if you have mobility issues you would struggle .If we would of paid more for our holiday I wouldn't of been happy with the state of the lodge . Broken wardrobe door , mould inside wardrobe , the lodge is a great size but it does need a complete overhaul.

We've booked 3 times last year and this so that says it all.If you're seniors like us. grab rails in the shower/bath are badly needed as there is nothing to hold and steady you and you can feel quite unsafe getting in and out. Sofas are well used and low making it awkward to get up. One fan supplied, so if the heat affects you, take another.
