Located on the edge to the popular seaside town of Cromer, within 10 minutes’ distance of the town centre, promenade, pier and sandy beach, this detached brick and flint farmhouse enjoys an enclosed lawned garden with stepped seating terrace and provides an excellent venue for all year round holidays. The North Norfolk Steam Railway, golf course and Splash leisure centre are all close by, also, Felbrigg and Blickling NT stately homes are within 20 minutes’ drive. Visit Blakeney for boat trips to see the seal colonies and Blakeney Point NT nature reserve. Golf course and putting range available locally. Cromer carnival week is held the third week of August. Shops and pubs 1 mile.

I will start with the positives:This house was in a great location to explore Cromer and other areas and the hot tub was a great addition. The bedroom sizes were really good and there were three toilets which was also really helpful.The negatives are that the house really does need some tlc. The lounge does not have enough seats for 7 guests. The cooker took an age to cook anything even on full whack - it took nearly an hour to cook a thin pizza and none of the pans were non-stick. The dining chairs are dangerous as most of them wobble when sat on and nearly every chest of draws had handles that fell off when you opened them and had to be put back in.

The holiday home fitted our needs superbly, there is so much to do in Norfolk. Once we had found some access to walks for the dog, they were within five minutes of the house.
