The location is appreciated for its convenience to the coast and attractions, but the busy road is a concern for some guests. The ease of access to local sights is a plus, balancing the score.

This cottage is warm, spacious yet cosy and very well equipped. It’s a perfect base to explore North Norfolk. Situated on the busy A148 it puts the coast within a 20 min drive and there are so many pretty visits and great coastal walks within easy reach.

Had a fantastic week in Little Crawfish Cottage. We needed a cottage between Dereham and the north Norfolk coast. This was a perfect location for us. We were concerned about it being on a main road but didn’t cause any problems at all. Easy parking for two cars - could park three if needed. Great for visiting north Norfolk - perfect base. Would book again.

Lovely cottage in a good location for accessing the coast and rural areas of Norfolk. The cottage is old and has variations in floor level mainly on the ground floor with some shallow steps (also one in the bathroom) to remember.Very handy having a ground floor bedroom and toilet . All furnishings of very high standard and some lovely pictures and personal touches. Well equipped kitchen. It is on a main road which is very busy at times but the garden is fabulous for anyone with children.
