Very spacious barn in a central location for the towns attractions we wanted to visit with 4 adults and one dog. Completely enclosed garden was great for our dog to explore. Some items in the barn need updating, one of the sofa's was very uncomfortable and almost impossible to sit on. We weren't able to open all the doors due to being worried about the key breaking. Kitchen had a good range of utensils however we found it impossible to use the microwave, despite the instructions. On arrival some of the pans found in the cupboards were dirty, the wok is unsafe for use due to high number of scratches making eh coating come off.

Enjoyed our break at the barn. Ideally suited for visiting most of North Norfolk.The barn itself is very nice and well appointed. Some items, like the sofas, are starting to show their age but overall it is one of the better properties we have stayed at. The main bed was comfortable with an ensuite with a powetful shower. Nice large garden for our 2 dogs to run about, and was very secure.
