Fakenham 0.7 miles. Settled in the rural countryside and on the outskirts of Fakenham, is this fabulous red-brick terraced house, Springfield. Ideal for a small group or family of four, Springfield is a pleasant dwelling with easy access to the North Norfolk coast and a variety of activities. Upon arrival, you will notice on-street parking across the road from the property, with additional parking available at the nearby village green. Before admiring the property's charming exterior, head inside and into the dining room, a fabulous socialising space, brightened by a large bay window and providing seating for all the family. Continue through the property into the tastefully decorated sitting room, where cushioned sofas, a Smart TV and an electric fire await you; gather the family and unwind around the fire after a day at Holkham beach! Towards the back of the property is a spacious and contemporary kitchen, served by a convenient dishwasher and washing machine; while the food is cooking in the oven, head up the steps and throw open the patio doors to let in the idyllic sounds of the countryside, as you relax on the sofa with a cup of tea. Only one thing I would like is the Password and WiFi to be written down and placed next to TV, Mainly for us older people who are not as experienced in Technology as the younger generation.
