The house is in a very peaceful location just out of Ludham village with very easy access to a pub, butchers and convenience store amongst other amenities. The garden is beautiful to sit out in weather permitting and we made good use of the BBQ provided. The bedroom layouts offer a lot of flexibility and worked really well for our extended family group.

The house was very clean and welcoming, and very easy to relax in. The only problem was that the dishwasher broke down, which can happen anywhere!

The property was ideal for our extended family: Due to the unique features of the property (two staircases, a separate bathroom in each part) all of us could meet in the large common rooms such as the kitchen and the living room. At the same time we also had some privacy in the individual "wings". We can highly recommend the cottage for families with children: The cottage catered exceptionally well for the younger ones. Our grandchildren loved the playroom, stools in the bathrooms enable smaller children to reach the washbasins easily, special cutlery and crockery for children are provided, and the staircases can be secured by gates so that nobody will fall down. The property is in a rural environment; thus it is absolutely quiet, and nobody can be disturbed by children either. Although the weather was not good enough to stay outside for a longer period of time, the garden is extremely well kept, and it is most likely a great experience to enjoy the huge garden in better weather.
