This stylish holiday home is in the peaceful village of Briningham. The property sleeps eight guests and is ideal for large families and groups of friends, with several social spaces and a gorgeous garden for al fresco entertaining. The market town of Holt is 5 miles away and offers a fantastic range of eateries. You’ll also be close to some of North Norfolk’s finest beaches, including Cromer and Wells-next-the-Sea (both within 15 miles).

The contemporary barn conversion has an open-plan layout. Enter the bright and airy lounge/kitchen/diner, where you’ll find a sleek kitchen area with a breakfast bar, as well as a large dining table with benches. After dinner, curl up in the snug area, or retire to the sofas to warm your toes by the wood burner and watch the TV/DVD. There are three bedrooms – one with an en-suite shower room - on the ground floor, all of which have direct access to the garden. Completing this level is the family bathroom and a handy utility room. Upstairs, there is a second lounge with relaxed seating, a desk should you need to catch up on emails whilst away, and doors opening onto a balcony. The final bedroom – a king-size with an en-suite shower room – is located on the first floor. The enclosed garden has a lawn and a patio area with ample seating and a BBQ for outdoor dining.

Spend a relaxing afternoon pottering around the Georgian town of Holt, admiring its spectacular architecture and browsing in the cute boutiques and galleries. Keen walkers will enjoy a visit to Holt Country Park, just outside the town, where you’ll find a 100-acre woodland full of nature trails and picturesque picnic spots. Cromer (14.5 miles) offers the traditional seaside experience, with a fabulous sandy beach, Victorian pier, gift shops and amusements.
