Guests say

Croylands is a spacious and comfortable cottage with an inviting garden, located in a peaceful setting. Guests have enjoyed their stays, appreciating the property's history, tasteful decor, and the garden. While some minor maintenance issues and additional kitchen items are suggested, these do not detract from the overall positive experiences.

Guests have noted some cleanliness issues such as cobwebs, fluff, and crumbs. However, the property has also been described as exceptional, suggesting that while improvements could be made, the overall level of cleanliness is satisfactory.

The property's location is highly praised for being quiet and ideal, set back from the road and providing a great base for exploring the area. No negative comments about the location have been mentioned.

The comfort of the property is well-regarded, with guests finding the furniture and beds comfortable. There are some remarks about the conservatory furniture being less comfortable, but overall, the property is seen as a cosy and pleasant place to stay.

While the property is appreciated for its spaciousness and garden, guests have suggested that the addition of more kitchen items and fixing minor maintenance issues would enhance the experience. The absence of certain items like oven gloves and smaller saucepans has been noted.

There are no specific mentions of gifts or welcome packs that would indicate the level of thoughtfulness. Therefore, it is not possible to provide a score in this category.

Plenty of space for everyone great garden for our dogs to have a run about. If it had more mugs that's the only thing as there is lots of plates & dishes & only 8 mugs once in dish washer . You have to wait for another cuppa . A mirror in the bunk bed room too is the only thing I can think of we 7 adults enjoyed our stay very much.
