Highly recommend after our 2 week family stay in August 2026 (and our second stay here). House was clean and fully stocked with everything we needed. Perfect location for easy access to lovely beaches at Mundesley, Bacton and Sea Palling as well as towns like North Walsham. Hot tub was a big highlight with loads of towels provided. Thanks for a great visit, I expect we'll be back!

Overall we had a lovely stay at Landers Mews. It was a great base for us to explore Norfolk. There is a pub in the village which was nice to have, although we didn’t eat there. Worth mentioning that I thought the website said there was a village shop, which there isn’t (that we found) so if this important it is worth knowing. North Walsham with decent sainsburys was only ten minutes away. The barn itself was nice. We did have a few issue with things that weren’t clean, the fire alarm went off for no reason at 8am on the first morning which we reported and the dishwasher stopped working on day 2. We couldn’t find instructions for the hot tub but host did respond to my message with instructions. It would be helpful to have these and instructions for appliances in the welcome folder. Overall we did really enjoy our stay, all the rooms are really spacious and we found it very relaxing. A few small tweaks would elevate it to the next level!
