The Wolery is a well-received cottage offering a clean environment, a secure garden, and a well-equipped kitchen. It's ideal for families and pet owners, with ample space and a warm atmosphere. Some minor maintenance issues were noted, but overall, guests had a great time and would recommend the property.
Guests were pleased with the cleanliness, mentioning a clean property with well-kept garden. Towels were noted as worn by one guest, but this did not detract significantly from the overall positive feedback.
The location is praised for its proximity to the coast and local amenities. The only drawback was a neighbour's early use of a hedge cutter, but this seems an isolated incident rather than a reflection on the property's location.
The cottage is described as warm and comfortable, with sufficient space for guests. The presence of a single bathroom was a slight inconvenience for one group, but not a deal-breaker.
Facilities are generally well-regarded, with a well-equipped kitchen and secure garden. Some guests suggested updates to fixtures and fittings, and the use of extension leads indicates potential for improvement in electrical setup.
While guests have had positive experiences, there is no mention of gifts or special touches that would indicate thoughtfulness from the owners. Therefore, this category cannot be scored.

This house could be excellent but isn't. A number of issues reduces our rating considerably. A couple of weeks rental charges could be used to put matters right. Disappointing.

We enjoyed a multi generational stay at the Wolery. There was room for us all and great for the 3 dogs we brought. The enclosed garden is nice and the kids loved playing with various toys in the summer house and with the dartboard in the lounge. Having only one bathroom was a bit of an issue, but not a deal breaker. The kitchen was well equipped and the issue we had with the kettle was sorted satisfactorily. I think some the fixtures and fittings need some updating and there were a lot of extension leads around the property. Some of the towels were a little worn, but we still had a great time in a beautiful part of Norfolk. It would have been better if the next door neighbour wasn't using an electric hedge cutter at 7.30 on Saturday morning and again at 8.30 on Sunday morning, I felt he could have waited until a little later. However if you want a spacious getaway in a pretty location I would definitely recommend.
