This holiday park is very safely located in the beautiful and picturesque village of Potter Heigham, with its marina, boatyard and shops, this well-maintained park sits amidst 6 acres of beautiful mature countryside close to the glorious Norfolk coast. Ideally located for exploring the Norfolk Broads, there are plenty of peaceful places to go for a long walk, bike ride, picnic or spot of relaxation in this area especially being just 6 miles from the Coast and only 11 miles from the historic city of Norwich. Along the way you will see some famous wildlife too.
A mixture of caravans and holiday homes all of which have been refurbished to a very good standard, you will be able to either completely relax inside of your accommodation and admire the views from here, or you can use this as a base to explore the local area. Either way, we are sue you will get exactly what you are looking for at this peaceful, secure, stunning location.

Excellent new caravan ….not sure if heating system is up to the cold weather, it certainly needs a thermostat on the wall instead of on the radiators which would be easier to operate,also lack of electric sockets in lounge for charging phones etc……the caravans are rather close together which results in passengers getting out before you park in bay,also next caravan banging their door on your caravan…..overall pretty good and location okay….would stay again……We stayed in November 2021 temperature at night was 7/8 degrees and heating was just okay ,any colder it wouldn’t have been sufficient…….

The lodge was lovely - very clean and felt brand new. Kitchen well stocked with equipment, but remember to take towels, tea towels, dish sponge, hand soap, extra loo roll, extra bin bags, etc. as none of this was provided. Needed the heating overnight, but the radiators were very effective and made the lodge nice and warm. Would recommend.
