The washing machine and tumble dryer are conveniently located in a separate utility room to maintain the peaceful ambience. There is an enclosed south facing lawn and courtyard garden to relax and soak up the sun. Bird watchers, walkers and those wishing to explore the coastline will be delighted. Sailing, sea fishing and golf are available locally. Splash Fun Water Park and the North Norfolk Railway headquarters, which runs along the coastline through unspoilt countryside, is within easy reach. Visit nearby villages of Holt and Weybourne. Beach 800 yards. Shop, pub and restaurant 800 yards.

The shops, beach and pubs are close at hand. There is also plenty of amenities close by in fact we did not have time to do them all. A really excellent holiday.

Filey House is a great base for a holiday in Norfolk. It is a spacious, well equipped and comfortable house, very close to the town and the beach. Although there is private parking for one car, at times it can be difficult to access due to inconsiderate on road parking outside the property, but there is a public car park opposite. I would thoroughly recommend Filey House.

Filey House is a spacious house with plenty of room for 8 people. It is in a perfect spot, close to the beach, pubs, shops etc.The cleanliness was very good, and it was well equipped with all that you could need during your stay.The owners were very responsive to messages.We enjoyed our short stay in Sheringham.
