South Terrace in Sheringham is a well-received holiday rental, praised for its cleanliness, modern amenities, and prime location close to the beach and town. Guests appreciate the well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and large outdoor space. The property is described as secure, comfortable, and a great choice for both couples and small families. While there is mention of nearby building work and some minor issues, the overall sentiment is overwhelmingly positive, with many guests planning to return.
The property consistently receives high marks for cleanliness, with multiple reviews noting it as 'spotless', 'cleaned to a high standard', and 'the cleanest dog friendly' place stayed in. One review mentioned a need for more focus on cleaning, but this appears to be an outlier.
The location is highly praised for being close to the beach, town centre, and local amenities. Its proximity to attractions like the heritage railway and the convenience of free parking add to its appeal.
Guests find the apartment comfortable, mentioning 'excellent comfortable beds' and a 'comfortable and clean' environment. There is a minor note about a bed being a bit hard and chairs that were uncomfortable, but these seem to be personal preferences rather than widespread issues.
The property is described as well-equipped and modern, with a special mention of the kitchen and showers. The large outdoor space is a highlight. There were minor issues with an exit door and nearby construction, but these do not significantly detract from the overall positive feedback.
Guests mention a welcome pack and treats for the dog, indicating a level of thoughtfulness. However, as these gifts are not guaranteed for every stay, future guests should be aware that such kind gestures, while appreciated, may not always be provided.

We had a lovely holiday staying at South Terrace in Sheringham. The flat was very clean and well equipped and perfectly located for the beach, boating pond, heritage railway and local shops. We enjoyed our holiday so much, that we have already booked for next year.
