Beautiful place. Would recommend.

Well equipped cottage which was spotlessly clean; we felt a radio would have been a great addition (I failed to be able to get BBC Sounds through the TV) as would a traditional teapot (a big caftiere is provided that suffices) Large garden with lots of games with a huge garden table to enjoy; the garden lighting is lovely in the evening. Local shop good and helpful, local pub the Vernon Arms do an extremely nice steak. Homestead is close to many Norfolk attractions; such as Cromer however we were unable to get any parking whatsoever despite trying on separate days so gave up and found we preferred the quieter places such as Cley Next the Sea and Overstrand (has a nice little cafe overlooking the sea). The cottage is set in a small village, however the road which passes through seems to be a major thoroughfare with continual traffic which although can't really be heard in the garden, two of the three bedrooms are to the front of the property which is set close to this road, and the constant noise was a problem. I moved myself to the back bedroom overlooking the garden eventually; this resolved disturbed nights, thus for any light sleepers it's worth bearing in mind. We had a nice break, despite the mixed weather. Thank you to the owners for providing quality accommodation.

Great property has everything you could possibly need and more. We had lots of space for 9 of us both inside and out. The extras provided were amazing. Games for the kids both inside and out, books, a bar the garden. Unfortunately we had terrible weather so weren’t able to use the garden very much. The barn was perfect for my daughter and her family whilst the house accommodated us and my 2nd daughters family, perfect. Shop 2 mins away in one direction pub 2 mins in the other direction. Lovely quiet village. Lots of dog walks and great park for the kids. Will be going back.
