Set in beautiful Norfolk countryside within easy reach of the coast, The Broads and the historic city of Norwich, this is the perfect base for relaxing and exploring for those who appreciate of comfort and class.
Part of the adjoining farm since the 1960s, being formerly used to house farrowing sows and their piglets, Snipe Meadow Barn is a beautiful conversion flooded with natural light and quality furnishings throughout. The open-plan living area opens out to a stunning countryside view, through the french doors leading to the private patio beyond. The main living area is a wonderful space to relax together as a family; create tasty meals in the well equipped kitchen, eat together around the dining table, chill out on the comfy corner sofa, watch the large Smart television or read a book whilst contemplating the view. There are two double bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and the second with twin beds. The master bedroom has an en-suite shower room with walk-in rainfall shower, and the luxurious family bathroom has a bath with a shower over. There is charming fully enclosed patio garden with outside dining furniture to the side with an additional patio to the front, accessed via the open plan living space with a garden bench to sit and peacefully soak up the view. There is parking for two cars to the front of the property.
Approached from a quiet country lane and surrounded by farmland in rural north Norfolk, you may be able to spot deer and birds of prey while sipping a sundowner on your patio. Cromer, with its famous pier and golden sands, is a short drive away as well as many other beautiful beaches along north Norfolk’s diverse coastline. The National Trust properties of Blickling and Felbrigg Hall are also close by.
Snipe Meadow Barn is one of two beautiful barn conversions, adjacent to each other, yet completely separate and each with their own wonderful character. It can also be booked alongside neighbouring The Hay Loft.

We travel to Norfolk annually and this was our best Air BnB stay by far! The place is beautiful, spacious, well equipped and all fixtures and fitting were excellent quality. The location was tranquil and easy to access all the key areas of North Norfolk we like to visit including the coast. The first night was unexpectedly cool and the heating was very effective. The beds were luxuriously comfortable and bedding immaculate. We were left a very kind welcome hamper also. Lovely touch! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We had a lovely time at Snipe Meadow barn. It was renovated to a really high standard with everything we needed, and was nice and clean. We really enjoyed the peaceful location and being able to sit outside on the patio areas. It was nice to be in easy reach of the coast and a number of National Trust properties. We would definitely stay here again,
